Caramel & Cream’s workshops are run by Lalitha Bapu, a pâtissier with over a decade of experience
Lalitha has trained under well known Chefs & pâtissiers and now imparts these skills to passionate bakers
Lalitha’s extensive knowledge in baking bundled with information on the latest trends in baking from around the world make her workshops the ones to be in and learn right from the classics to the ultra modern
Lalitha Bapu is also acknowledged by Home Bakers, India as one of the Top 50 Bakers in Bangalore
